The closing program of the “Awareness on Secondary Trauma After Earthquake (PASS)” Project, titled “From the Field to Solutions: An Erasmus Project,” was held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Ibn Haldun University’s Başakşehir Campus.

During the program, the activities carried out throughout the project, field experiences, and key findings on secondary trauma were shared with representatives invited from various institutions, organizations, and civil society organizations. The closing program also provided an opportunity to discuss post-earthquake psychosocial support processes, needs identified in the field, and ways to increase awareness of secondary trauma.

The PASS Project aims to raise awareness of secondary trauma among individuals and institutions working in post-earthquake processes, make field experiences more visible, and contribute to psychosocial support practices. In this regard, the closing program served as an important platform for sharing the project outputs with relevant stakeholders and discussing possible solutions together.

Within the scope of the program, the main findings of the PASS Project and evaluations regarding secondary trauma were presented to the participants. Following the presentation, an open microphone and question-and-answer session was held, allowing participants to share their views, questions, and contributions. In the final part of the program, participants had the opportunity to exchange evaluations on the project process and strengthen inter-institutional communication.
